-Engage in a daily emotional wellness activity, like meditation or journaling, for two weeks
-Meet with a Wellness Coach to explore strategies for transforming toxic relationships into healthy ones

for employees including student employees
-Do two mindfulness courses in Welltrack Boost https://byu.welltrack.com/
-Attend a CAPS Quicker Care workshop and wrie down soem healthy coping mechanisms you learn in the workshops
