-Emotional Check-In Take 5–10 minutes at least 3 times a week for one month to identify how you're feeling, what may be contributing to those emotions, and what you need.
-Build Your Resilience Choose one resilience strategy and intentionally practice it when you experience challenges or setbacks for one month.
-Create Healthy Boundaries Identify one area where you need a healthier boundary, put that boundary into practice, and work on maintaining it for 3–4 weeks.
-Digital Wellness Challenge Set a realistic boundary around social media, notifications, or screen time and follow it consistently for 3–4 weeks.
-Improve Your Sleep Routine Choose 2 sleep habits to improve and practice them consistently for one month, noting how they affect your mood and stress.
-Practice Self-Compassion Practice replacing negative self-talk with more constructive responses at least 3 times a week for one month.
-Take a CAPS Workshop or Course Participate in a CAPS workshop, class, or appropriate wellness program and practice at least one strategy you learned for 3–4 weeks.
-Meet With a Wellness Coach Meet with a Wellness Coach, identify an emotional wellness goal, and work toward that goal for one month.

-Workday Wellness Challenge Incorporate a short emotional wellness practice—such as mindfulness, breathing, reflection, or movement—into your workday at least 3 times a week for one month.
-Set a Work Boundary Identify one healthy work-life boundary and intentionally maintain it for 3–4 weeks.
-Mindfulness Practice Participate in BYU's mindfulness programming and practice one technique consistently for one month.
-Employee Wellness Goal Choose an emotional wellness goal and track your progress for 3–4 weeks.
-Strengthen Workplace Connection Intentionally connect with or support a colleague at least once a week for 4 weeks.
-Put Training Into Practice Attend a BYU workshop on communication, stress, relationships, leadership, or emotional wellness and apply one strategy consistently for 3–4 weeks.
-Create a Healthier Workday Choose 2 changes that could reduce stress during your workday—such as taking intentional breaks, managing notifications, establishing boundaries, or planning your workload—and practice them for one month.
SHARE
-Share an emotional wellness strategy you learned with a friend, family member, classmate, or coworker.
-Share a helpful BYU emotional wellness resource with someone who could benefit from it.
-Invite someone to join you in a mindfulness, gratitude, journaling, or stress-management activity.
-Have a meaningful conversation with someone about healthy ways to manage stress and emotions.
